Ouachita RV Park in Monroe, LA is a small and friendly campground with a pool that is open. The tall pines provide ample shade and sun. The park is easy to access, but it is important to note that the ground may be soggy during inclement weather. The pull through sites are long and nicely spaced, although the lanes are a bit narrow. The lots are grass with a gravel landing pad, and they are fairly level. While there are no extras, the park has everything you need for a stopover. The Wi-Fi is strong and T-Mobile 5G was strong enough to stream a favorite show. There are some full-time residents at the park, but they are friendly. The park is convenient to the highway and is great for an overnight stay.
