It offers 4 back-in sites with full hook-ups, electric, water and sewer. The sites are located in a peaceful country setting, surrounded by huge old live oaks. The park is located 7 miles south of Abbeville, so it is a bit out of town, but the peace and quiet and neat grounds are worth the extra travel time. The owner has lived in the area for over 40 years and his family raises both rice and crayfish. He doesnt get much traffic due to the location, but since hes Passport America, it is a great deal. The owner is a wonderfully friendly guy who will tell you all you want to know about this historic Cajun region, and might even show you his crawfish farming operation if youre lucky. The park is also equipped with open sky for satellite dish and shade trees at the rear of the sites. There are no bathroom facilities, but the hook ups all worked very well and the park is very quiet. It is a great place to stay if you are looking for a peaceful and rustic camping experience.

Audubon RV Park is a rural park located approximately 15 minutes south of Abbeville, Louisiana. The park offers 4 RV sites that can accommodate any size RV with full hookups and 50 amp service. The park is big rig friendly and offers back-ins, fire rings, and welcomes pets on a leash. The park is located 20 minutes from Intracoastal City and Pecan Island and 30 miles from Lafayette. Area attractions include Jefferson Island, Tabasco Factory, Avery Island, Historic Abbeville, LA with authentic cajun cooking, Louisiana Military Museum, Sam Guarino Blacksmith Shop, The Acadian Museum of Earth, and Abbeville Cultural & Historic Museum.
