The park has level and well-maintained cement pads and long pull-through sites, which make for easy in and out. The pool looks nice, and there is a pretty pond in the middle of the park, which is great for fishing. The park is located just a couple of miles from the expressway, making it an easy off and on. It is situated near the Sabine National Wildlife Refuge, which makes for a fun day trip. There is a grocery store nearby, which is only a little over a mile away. The staff is helpful and provides great customer service during check-in. The park maintains strict standards for residents, which keeps the resort neat and clean.

BEYONDER Resort Cajun Moon (formerly A+ Motel & RV Park) offers 35 motel rooms and 134 all-concrete RV sites with full hook-ups, pull-thru sites, and amenities such as free cable TV and internet access. The resort features a stocked fishing pond with a fountain, family and adult swimming pools, pavilions with BBQ pits and picnic tables, a meeting house, game room, two laundromats, a playground area, dog run area, and a 1/2 mile walking area. The adult-only gym is also available. The resort is centrally located near Calcasieu “Big” Lake, casinos, horse racing, the Creole Nature Trail All American Road, the Boudin Trail, Sulphur Parks & Recreation (SPAR), museums, art galleries, historic attractions, exciting nightlife, and challenging golf courses.
