Staff is friendly and helpful, making your stay comfortable. There are limited sites with full hookups, so the more self-contained you are, the more options you have. Its a first-come, first-serve park, so you get the feeling of musical chairs when entering the park, making it a unique experience. The park offers excellent deals for laundry and showers. The showers cost only 25 cents for five minutes with plenty of hot water. Laundry costs only $1 for washing and drying. Overall, this is a great campground to stay and explore the beauty of Maine.

Bar Harbor Campground is the closest campground to the town of Bar Harbor Acadia National Park and other points of interest. This quiet family-owned campground offers quality camping at affordable prices and accommodates the smallest tent to the largest RV. Open from Memorial Day to Columbus Day it is perfect for families of all sizes. The campground features a heated pool clean bathrooms paved roads fantastic ocean view 30 & 50 amp service hot showers and free area shuttle service. Sorry they do not accept advance reservations and dont take credit cards.
