Pleasant Mountain Camping Area is a quiet family-friendly campground located in Denmark, Maine on Moose Pond at the base of Pleasant Mountain. The campground offers an array of activities to choose from, including swimming, boating, hiking the many trails of Pleasant Mountain, and the area offers a variety of hiking trails. They rent canoes, kayaks, and paddleboards. The campground has its own sandy beach, a small playground, which includes a basketball hoop, swing, and sandbox. They have a picnic shelter by the lake. There is a laundromat and library on the premises. In addition, they also rent dock space. Firewood is available for sale (cut and split on premise).
