What others are saying about this campground
This RV campground is a great spot for a peaceful, quiet stay. Most of the sites are back-in and provide plenty of privacy, but some are waterfront with amazing views of the bay. There are vault toilets within easy walking distance from any site, a nice day use area, and a boat launch. The staff are not accommodating, but the sites are clean and the park is well-maintained. There is no water, electricity, or sewer at the sites, though there is a central shower facility. The hiking trails are great and the nearby lighthouse is a must-see. Be aware that the mosquitoes can be fierce in July. This campground is also close to Canada and is one of the most beautiful spots in Maine.

From The Campground
Cobscook Bay State Park is a beautiful park located in Edmunds Twp, Maine. The park is known for its geologic legacy and is shaped by three primary forces: Cobscook Bay's powerful tides, the underlying bedrock, and the glacial action from the Wisconsinan ice sheet. The park offers a variety of activities including camping, birdwatching, canoeing, sea kayaking, walking, and beach activities. Visitors can also enjoy the park's two short trails, the Nature Trail and the Shore Trail. The park has a campground, picnic area, playground, RV dumping station, and showers. Visitors are advised to keep pets on leash, avoid areas with nesting birds, and observe wildlife from far enough away that they do not change their behavior. Quiet in camping areas is required between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. The park is open year-round, but visitors should be prepared for low visibility and chilly temperatures during the winter months.
