This campground is perfect for families or those who want more facilities. It is situated in a beautiful location, with a stream and pond nearby, and a playground, restrooms, and dump station onsite. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the Wi-Fi and cable TV are good. The campground is close to stores and other attractions, but the sawmill nearby can be noisy at times, and on weekends the ATVers can be too much. The roads are big-rig friendly, but sites are on the short side and it takes some time to level. The campground owner did not honor the Good Sam discount, but did give a $10 discount for a 4 night stay. The setting is peaceful and park-like, but the mosquitoes can be bad.
