Loons Haven is a great family-friendly campground located near Trickey Pond. The pond is crystal clear and offers a rope swing on one of the small islands for entertainment. There is also a bigger rope swing directly across the pond from the beach, but it is not suitable for children under 13. The campground is on the small side, but there are lots of sites rented all summer and it is a great place to explore the area from. There are a few activities here and there throughout the weekend, but it is largely up to you to entertain yourself. There is no pool but there is a cute little beach which fills up fast. Beware- if you need to go into town make sure you get a card to get back in the gate! The campground also has a camp store and a cafe which is open daily.

The white sandy beaches, clear water, and wooded setting offer a relaxing getaway.
