GenieSummary

Game room, pool, you can walk a holiday if you would like. Clean bathrooms and up to date. Baked bean suppers sold on Saturday night. Alittle extreme on how they choose seasonals. Good campground for older adults. This campground is a hidden gem in the Maine countryside. Nestled in a beautiful pine forest, it is the perfect spot for a relaxing camping experience. Owners Judy and Buster have been running the campground for over 35 years, and have built it up from the ground up with a beautiful log office, spacious sites, and two clean bath houses. There are plenty of activities to keep you busy, including a July 4th parade, bingo on Fridays, and live entertainment on Saturday nights. The campground is also close to Bigelow hiking and ATV trails, so there is plenty to do in the area. The campground is also well-equipped with central hook-ups, a game room, pool, and a store with a cafe. Verizon mifi works just OK and cell coverage can be spotty, but the owners are very accommodating and the campground is very well maintained. With its peaceful atmosphere and plenty of amenities, this campground is the perfect spot for a family vacation or a relaxing weekend getaway.
