Paradise Park Resort Campground in Old Orchard Beach is a great family-friendly camping destination very near the beach. The sites are well-maintained with lots of shade and enough space in between. Although some sites may be difficult to get into, most appeared fairly easy to access. The campground is gated, and a pass is provided to guests for added security. The campground is clean everywhere and staff are friendly, helpful, and efficient. There is a beautiful wooded dog park on-site available for dogs to play and exercise. The location is great, only a 13-minute walk from the beach. The pool and play area are in great condition and are perfect for kids. Although the sites are close together which is typical for beach areas, it offers great amenities and is a great place for families to relax and enjoy at an affordable cost.

The amenities include 2 pools, clean bath houses, 2 laundry facilities, 2 playgrounds, and a beautiful pond with a light show at night. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the grounds are well maintained.
