This RV campground is a gated retirement community and is part of the Thousand Trails membership. Many amenities are available, such as a camp store, pool, hot tub, game room, laundry, dog park, hiking trail, horse shoes, and more. The sites are set up for permanent campers, but RVers can adapt. Wifi is adequate, and the water and sewer hook ups are good, although the water pressure is low. The price per night is high, but it is close to the beach and lobster eateries. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the park is secure. The pool is immaculate and the musician by the pool is a nice touch. The campground is a bit cramped, and there is a lot of road noise, but overall it is a good spot for families with kids. The spaces are gravel and relatively level, and the pull-through sites are long enough for large RVs. The bad is that the laundry room is expensive and machines only operate with cold water, and the internet is unreliable. It is a bit pricey, but it is a good spot with many amenities.

Pinehirst RV Resort is an age-qualified (55+) resort located in an area with a warm climate. The resort offers RV campsites and rental accommodations. The resort has a strict cancellation policy, with no refunds issued due to bad weather or early check-out. For RV campsites, full refunds are allowed for cancellations up to 2 days prior to arrival, while for rental accommodations, full refunds are allowed for cancellations 7 days prior to arrival. The resort offers extended stays from April 15th till September 15th, with a maximum of 14 days per site. Back-to-back 14-day stays are permissible, given that guests change sites between reservations.
