Rustic Park is a peaceful family-owned campground located in a Maine forest. To get to the campground, you must travel down a good quality graded dirt/gravel road. The park offers a variety of activities such as Christmas in July and lobster feeds, as well as a nature trail winding through pine woods, fields, and grassy areas. There are full hookups available, and if you use your AC, you are requested to keep track of your time and pay $4 per day for electric on the honor system. The campground also features a pool, shower/bathroom building, and several small clean outhouses. On Saturday night, a New England dinner is offered to all interested campers. The only downside is the 1-mile dirt road you have to access to arrive to the park from either direction.
