This campground is located just south of Presque Isle, tucked in among the trees. It offers grassy, open sites that can accommodate tents and large RVs, as well as water and electrical hookups. The campground is close to the main road, so there is some road noise. There is a small bathroom with toilets and shower, but they are dated and cramped. The owners are friendly and helpful, and the campground is only a few miles from downtown. Unfortunately, there is no sewer, and the shower stalls are not particularly clean. However, the campground is the only dump station in the area and offers excellent Wi-Fi. It is also high on a hill with cool breezes and big views, and the moose hang out right across the street.
