This campground has excellent staff and good value, with great prices and a very clean facility. It is a large campground with many seasonal campers and park models, and it is located a short drive from Portland. The roads are narrow but passable, the sites are level with full hookups, and it has a basketball court, two swimming pools, a playground, and a large open green space. Wifi and cell signal are good and cable is not available. It is not exactly big rig friendly, but doable for up to 38. Passport America rates are available and the owners are very friendly and helpful. Restrooms are clean and most sites are shaded, but some are too small for large RVs. All in all, it is a great base to explore southern Maine.

The rates are family-friendly and include 2 adults and 2 children with no extra charges for pets or vehicles. The campground is close to all area attractions and main travel routes, making it a convenient location for visitors. The opening date for seasonal campers is May 1st.
