Wild Duck Adult Campground & RV Park is centrally located between Portland and Kennebunkport and offers a mix of beautiful hardwood trees and conifers. The campground is shaded and provides a quiet atmosphere, but the thick canopy of trees can make the campground a bit dark and dreary. The pull-thru sites are very close together, making navigation tight. The roads leading to the sites can be bumpy due to tree roots. The sites are not always level, and there can be issues with tree roots that get in the way of landing gear. Internet speeds are slow, and garbage pick-up is not available on-site. There is only one dumpster located at the entrance of the campground. Overall, while it may be tolerable for a short stay, it is not worth the price for a longer stay.
