The campground itself is well kept, the lake is clean and the staff is friendly. There are plenty of activities for the kids, including a swimming lake, kayaks, canoes, paddleboats, tie-dying, a great camp store, a bar for adults, ice cream bar for kids and nightly firetruck rides! There is also a good restaurant if you dont want to cook. Golf carts are available to rent but there was a lot that went buzzing by after quiet hours and kept us awake. The sites are relatively level and there is a long dirt road to get to the campground. Woodland Acres is a great family campground with lots of activities to keep all ages entertained. The lake is clean and inviting, and there are two swim out docks for jumping and lounging. The campground also offers free weekends in return for some raking and cleanup activities throughout the campground. The road is very dry and dusty, and with the constant truck/golf cart traffic it gets things pretty dirty. However, the staff is friendly and courteous, and the facilities are always clean.
