Very close to Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. From the moment we arrived, the unparalleled customer service and the pristine condition of the amenities were immediately noticeable. This new campground boasts modern features including high-speed fiber optic WiFi, spacious and clean picnic areas, and full hookups at every RV site. Our stay in Loop D offered a serene retreat, surrounded by woods, with our site providing both privacy and convenience for backing in. The standout feature for us was the exceptional cleanliness of the facilities; the laundry room was equipped with ample washers and dryers, a change machine, and even a cozy waiting area next to very clean showers and bathrooms. As avid stargazers, we appreciated the thoughtful low lighting throughout the park. The campgrounds additional perks such as the Fun Zone water park and mini-golf course added endless entertainment for our family. The inclusion of four full-access passes to the Fun Zone during peak season added incredible value to our stay, underscoring their family-friendly atmosphere. They offer a wide-range of sites, from those seeking open spaces for satellite connectivity to those desiring the secluded wooded back-in sites. They have a well-stocked campground store. Our experience was nothing short of outstanding, and we wholeheartedly recommend Wild Acadia.

Wild Acadia Camping Resort is a family-friendly camping destination located in the beautiful Downeast Maine region, just minutes from Ellsworth, Bar Harbor, and Acadia National Park. The campground offers a variety of camping options from simple tent sites to full big rig pull throughs with full hookups. During peak season, the campground features two 300' waterslides, a new wading pool with spray ground and dumping bucket, Water Wars catapult stations, a 32’ climbing wall, Sling-Shot Trampolines, Jumpshot trampolines, Mini-Golf Course, and a 2100 sq foot Jumbo Jumper. The Campfire Cafe offers delicious treats for when you're ready for a bite to eat.
