This campground is a great place to relax and have fun with the family. It is very large and old school, with no new and exciting rides or attractions. However, there are small playgrounds, a pool, pond, fishing, and hiking. It is great for kids, with resort-like activities, a snack shack, and beach parties. There are plenty of activities to do, such as tie die shirts, entertainers at night, and campfire sing alongs.

Papoose Pond Campground is the favorite camping destination of thousands of families throughout New England. We’re located in the mountains of Western Maine on picture-perfect Papoose Pond. Our half-mile sandy beach, 30’X60′ heated swimming pool, 180 campsites, and more than 55 rental cottages and cabins provide the facilities for the ideal vacation.
