Duvals RV Park is a small, quiet, and friendly campground located just off highway 1 in Wells, Maine. It is perfect for those looking for a home base to explore the area, as the owners are very friendly and helpful with tips on area activities. The park has approximately 25 sites, each with a gravel pad 8 wide, and can accommodate big rigs. All hookups are good and the park is very clean, however it is not big rig friendly due to the tight and difficult maneuvering. There is one washer and dryer that are huge and can accommodate your whole wash, and the owners offer a buy 6 days get the 7th one free. The park is closed in the winter, and the pricing is comparable with others in the area, but without a pool, spa, kids area, or other amenities it may be considered on the high side. Mosquitoes can be a nuisance, but otherwise this is a great spot to explore the Wells, Ogunquit, and beach areas in Maine.
