This campground near the Rachel Carlson Wildlife Preserve is a great place for campers of all types. The tree-shaded sites provide a cool place to relax in the summer, and the seasonal views are beautiful. The roads are narrow and have pot holes, but there is a golf cart guide to help you navigate them. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the bathrooms and showers are much cleaner than last year. There is also high speed internet access and a store with items for tent campers. Unfortunately, the poor weather and bugs made it difficult to enjoy this campground, but the long-term campers were friendly and the owner was able to recommend a great restaurant.
