The roads are narrow and winding, but the sites are level and paved. The campground is surrounded by woods, and there are a few sites with views of a nearby housing development. The bathrooms are clean, but a bit dated. There is no wifi or cable TV, but there is a playground and its close to the metro station.

The Family Campground (FamCamp) at Joint Base Andrews offers full hook-up sites with electric (50 amp), water, and sewage for $45 per night, electric-only sites for $30 per night, and tent camping for $15 per night.
