This campground is located 20 minutes from Berkley Springs WV and offers a variety of amenities such as a pool, volleyball, basketball, mini-golf, and a store. The campground is also close to the Western Maryland Rail Trail and the C&O Canal Towpath, making it a great spot for outdoor activities. The camp sites have 30 amp service, but it may not be enough to power both ACs. Cell service is poor and cable may be lost after a storm. The roads and sites are not suitable for larger rigs, and the water is very hot. The camp/snack store, huge pool, scheduled activities, and horse barn make this campground a great spot for a weekend getaway.

Happy Hills Campground is a family-owned and operated campground located on a wooded mountain just five miles west of historical Hancock, MD. The campground offers 230 camping sites, nine cabins, and camper rentals on 350 beautiful mountain acres of trees and trails. Guests can enjoy hiking, biking, and walking to the C & O Canal National Park where they can hike or ride their bikes for miles in view of the beautiful Potomac River. The campground is open year-round and offers a full range of planned activities for young and old, as well as a wide range of recreational facilities.
