What others are saying about this campground

This campground in Western MA has a lot of potential but is not quite there yet. The sites are small and the roads are steep and unpaved, but they are shaded by tall pines and have a picnic table and fire pit. The hookups are far away from where your camper sits. The executive style (par 3) golf course looks well-maintained, but the two swimming pools are empty and not available. The seasonal campers around are really nice, but the park is full of 20-year old seasonal trailers covered in mold and a hodge-podge of add-on structures. When making a reservation, the campground demands full payment in advance but offers cancellation insurance for a charge. Saturday morning brought one of the park drunks out of his unit hollering that he was now on vacation and could drink for entire week without stopping.
