Coastal Acres Campground in Provincetown is located in the West End of town, making it a prime location for exploring all that Provincetown has to offer. The campground has a mixture of seasonal trailers and RVs, and its field area is where larger rigs are sent. While its not as lush as some areas of the campground, it still provides level and decently sized spots. One downside of this campground is the lack of amenities. There is only one bathhouse and no laundry room, which seems surprising given the price point. While the wifi is great, there is no playground for kids. The location of the campground is a big plus- its a quick walk or bike ride to downtown. Campground staff were generally friendly, and the guard shack was always staffed and welcoming. One downside is that the campground charges an additional fee for babysitters or additional vehicles, which can add up quickly. Overall, Coastal Acres Campground is a decent option for those who want to be in the heart of Provincetown and dont mind the lack of amenities.
