This RV campground is mostly inhabited by transients, and is littered with fallen trees and dilapidated trailers. The roads and campsites are rutted, potholed and muddy, and the office is understaffed and moldy. It costs an outrageous $40 per night to stay. The young lady who helped check-in was friendly and apologetic and called the park rustic. The grassy sites are more pleasant than the dark woods sites, but require extra boards for leveling. The 50 amp hookup is weak and the entrance road is dirt and rough. The office is not inviting, and the garbage area has become a dumping ground. The playground is not maintained and the lake site is in need of maintenance. Despite the poor reviews, the new owners have been working hard to improve the campground, but it is still in need of much attention.
