This RV campground is primarily for permanent mobile homes. Site pads are mostly dirt, and some are quite close together. Most spaces have a concrete patio and plenty of room on the door side. Hook ups need an extension cord and a long hose hook up for the sewer and water; the water pressure is on the lower side. The office is rarely staffed and the Wi-Fi is not free. Campers noted the park is clean but is mostly for seasonal sites, and the bathrooms and showers need serious work. Most guests enjoyed the central location to see Cape Cod and the proximity to the Cape Cod Rail Trail. However, many campers wont be returning because of the lack of amenities and service offered.

Old Chatham Road RV Campground is a family-friendly campground located in South Dennis, Massachusetts. The campground offers RV sites and rental accommodations. Check-in time is at 12 noon and check-out time is at 11 a.m. Pets are allowed at the campground, but rabies documentation must be provided. The campground does not offer cable TV.
