Located centrally between South Haven, Saugatuck, Holland, Kalamazoo & Grand Rapids, this campground is ideal for families with children. The large grounds are surrounded by tall woods with ponds for swimming, fishing, and kayaking. There is a clean swimming pool, multiple playgrounds, jumping pillow, climbing walls, goats to pet, and the main office/store/cafe. The campstore is well maintained, with a reading room fireplace and clean bathrooms. On a busy weekend, cars are parked along the road everywhere, its very tight to get through with a big camper, and backing into a site will probably mean asking 2 or 3 people to move their cars to give you room to maneuver. With only one lane, its a lot of waiting while people hitch up and try to make the turns to get out. The campground offers many activities for families such as a barn with goats & chickens, mini golf, wagon rides, fishing pond, snack shop, bingo, crafts, and giant slip n slide. There are also campfires and hayrides available. The campground is quiet and relaxing, with plenty of people to talk to but never feeling crowded.
