Campers Cove is a family-friendly campground located on the Thunder Bay River and Lake Winyah. It offers a variety of amenities such as pontoons, kayaks, canoes, and bikes for rent, as well as a heated indoor pool, mini golf, game room, and a stocked pond for fishing. The park has recently undergone a massive overhaul of its infrastructure, with the help of Spectrum, to deliver a minimum of 25 Mbps down and up to each site. The sites are mostly shaded and offer full hookups or water and electric. There is also a store and dump station with a sink for washing hands. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the park is close to Alpena and beautiful parks. Passport America is accepted. Unfortunately, there is no drinking water available at the dump stations.

Campers Cove RV Park & Canoe Livery is located on the beautiful Thunder Bay River and Lake Wynah. The campground offers waterfront and shaded sites, canoe and kayak trips, miniature golf, horseshoes, basketball, volleyball, and excellent fishing. They have clean modern restrooms, a dump station, and LP gas. The campground also has seasonal pool and store. Nearby attractions include Lake Huron diving area, fishing charters, many golf courses, and good old town shopping. They offer canoe and kayak trips that range from 2 1/2 hours to overnight. The campground has rates available for camping and cabin rentals.
