Claybanks Campground is located in the Pere Marquette National Scenic River area of the Huron-Manistee National Forests. The campground offers 9 single campsites for tent and RV camping. Amenities include lantern posts, stairs to the river, and vault toilets. The campground is open from May 1 to November 30 and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. The river is a popular spot for fly fishing for salmon, steelhead, brown trout, and rainbow trout. Visitors can also enjoy wildlife watching in the pine and oak forest.
