PM Oaks RV Park is a quiet, well maintained RV resort located in a wooded, remote area. The park is owned by a condominium association and is run very strictly with supervisors wearing neon green shirts. The sites are all back-in with large concrete pads, most with fire rings and a grass area. The park offers power, water, park WiFi, a pool, hot tub, playground, picnic tables, and fire pits. Passport America is accepted, and there is a small grocery and BP station 7 miles away. The park is open from April to October, and the owners are allowed to rent out the sites either by the day, week or month. The park is a great place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city, with plenty of outdoor activities nearby.

The resort only allows commercially manufactured recreational vehicles that are at least 20 feet in length. No pop-up trailers, truck campers, or tents are permitted on any lot. The resort offers lots for sale or rent on a short-term or seasonal basis, which are made available by individual owners. The resort is known for its high standards of excellence and offers a luxurious condominium campground living experience.
