This campground is a rustic, family-friendly destination located on the Flat River. It offers 30/15 amp electric, water, fire pit and picnic table at each site. There are a variety of activities to enjoy, including canoeing & tubing on the Flat River, horseback rides and a 9 hole golf course. The staff is friendly and helpful, and there are special activities for kids on Memorial Day weekend. However, the jungle gym on the playground is dangerous and the firewood offered for sale is close to worthless. Additionally, there is no easy way to access the river upstream, and campsite 6 and 6A are too small for two campers. Be sure to bring a pooper scooper and clean up after your pet, as dog poop is a common problem.

The ranch also features a 9-hole golf course and driving range, fishing for smallmouth bass and pike, two swimming pools, and bicycle trails. The campground has a variety of sites available for RVs and tents. The ranch is pet-friendly and has a set of rules to ensure everyone has a great time.
