What others are saying about this campground
Very small, somewhat remote campground. Bowman Bridge Campground is the perfect place to get away from it all and enjoy the peace and quiet of nature. Located just minutes outside of Baldwin, Michigan, this campground offers easy access to the Pere Marquette River, perfect for fishing or kayaking. The campground has 16 sites in a fairly open field, with short grass growing between sites and sparse tree cover. Vault toilets, tables and fire rings are available, and firewood and ice can be purchased from the camp host. There is no trailhead within the campground, but the river is a short walk down the blacktop. The sites are not very private and traffic noise can be noticeable, but the location on the river is absolutely amazing. Prices are $20 a night for non-electric sites.
