Bay View campground, located in Hiawatha National Forest, MI, is a beautiful and clean campground offering beach access to the stunning Lake Superior. The friendly and helpful camp hosts made our visit a great experience, and we were lucky to get a site. This campground is perfect for families, with free games and beach items available for kids. The cleanest vault toilet we have ever seen was a pleasant surprise. Although there is a hand pump for water, the location is fantastic and offers great privacy in the spacious sites. We highly recommend this campground and will certainly come back next time we visit UP.
