This campground is located adjacent to Michigan International Speedway and covers 200 acres. It is a great location for visitors who want to stay close to the speedway during NASCAR events, or for those who want to visit family or address a medical issue. The roads are wide, hard packed dirt and the sites are grass. Some sites are in a wooded area, while most are in the open, allowing for rooftop dish and cell phone reception. Utilities are on the opposite side of the campground, but there are long enough cords to make it work. Pricing is good when using Passport America, although there is an extra $10 charge for 50amp. There is 24 hour security at the gate and riding around during events, and there are potlucks and a Halloween event for kids. The campground is peaceful and there are great walks around the area. There is some road noise from US 12 in the front sites.
