Bear Cave RV Campground in Buchanan, MI is a family-friendly campground with easy registration and friendly staff. While some areas of the campground could use upgrading, guests generally find that the amenities are well-maintained and enjoyable. The pool looks nice and some guests were even seen swimming in the river. The river is great for boats and pontoons, and there is a waterfall that adds to the scenic views. Although the Bear Cave is frequently locked and not accessible, the surrounding area is still stunning. Guests have access to clean bathhouses, large level sites, and WiFi (for a fee). Although some spots are first come first serve, the campground is often quiet and peaceful. Despite its minor weaknesses, its a nice campground overall and many visitors look forward to returning.

From The Campground

Bear Cave RV Campground is an age-qualified resort (55+) located in an area with a warm climate. The campground offers RV sites and rentals, and linens are available for an additional $25. Guests are required to complete a Certificate of Compliance form prior to their stay. The campground has a maximum stay of 14 days per site from April 15th till September 15th. The rates displayed do not include any applicable service fees or charges for optional incidentals. Late rental arrivals can pick up their check-in package with the key at the front gate after hours. No ranger is on duty after 11 p.m.
