This campground is located in Caseville, Michigan, close to a large beach on Lake Huron. It is a fully booked campground, but the park manager made room for our stay during the Cheesburger Festival. The staff is courteous and helpful, and the bathrooms are clean. There is a big beach, with a beach café with good food and service, and patios available for large group gatherings. The campsites are level, with a mix of sand and grass, and have access to utilities. For campfires, you have to rent a fire pit for $1 per night. The showers and bathrooms are not clean nor dirty, and the beach has black/brownish sludge that goes from shore into the water. The campground is easy to find and drive through, and is within an easy walk to the Diary Queen at the entrance and into town. There are low hanging branches on trees that can cause roof damage. Check out Sleeper State Park down the road for a better experience.
