The park is located in an industrial park but it didnt bother us at all. The lake is beautiful and there is a beach and a playground. The park is very quiet and peaceful. The only downside is that there are no trees and no cable TV. Harbor Cove is a relatively new campground located in an industrial park near Coldwater. It has wide, level sites with crushed asphalt roads and pads. The sites are spacious and well-maintained, with Eaton Utility Pedestals providing full hook-up utilities. There are no trees, so satellite TV reception is good. The park is located on a small cove of South Lake, with a boat launch, docks, a sandy beach, and a volleyball court. There are no public restrooms or showers, but there is a playground and a swimming pond. WiFi is not available, and the park does not honor the FMCA 10% discount. The park is a great spot for an overnight stay, but not suitable for long-term camping.

Harbor Cove RV Resort is a premier RV resort located in Coldwater, Michigan. The resort was designed exclusively for RVs, with full hookups and large pull-through sites that can accommodate RVs up to 45 feet. RVers can enjoy the conveniences of a camp store, laundry, boat rentals, showers/toilets, picnic tables, and more. The resort offers boat access to South Lake, where visitors can spend a relaxed day of swimming and fishing on one of the seven lakes the north chain has to offer. Land-lovers will enjoy a horseshoe pit and a children's playground. On rainy days, RVers appreciate the Wi-Fi. The resort also offers RV rentals that sleep up to eight people.
