The park is located in an industrial park but it didnt bother us at all. The lake is beautiful and there is a beach and a playground. The park is very quiet and peaceful. The only downside is that there are no trees and no cable TV. Harbor Cove is a relatively new campground located in an industrial park near Coldwater. It has wide, level sites with crushed asphalt roads and pads. The sites are spacious and well-maintained, with Eaton Utility Pedestals providing full hook-up utilities. There are no trees, so satellite TV reception is good. The park is located on a small cove of South Lake, with a boat launch, docks, a sandy beach, and a volleyball court. There are no public restrooms or showers, but there is a playground and a swimming pond. WiFi is not available, and the park does not honor the FMCA 10% discount. The park is a great spot for an overnight stay, but not suitable for long-term camping.

RVers enjoy the conveniences of a camp store, laundry and boat rentals, showers/toilets, picnic tables, and more. There's no need to leave the resort for family fun—with boat access to South Lake from our resort, you can spend a relaxed day of swimming and fishing on one of the seven lakes the north chain has to offer, land-lovers will enjoy a horseshoe pit, basketball, volleyball, pickleball, and a large children's playground. On rainy days, RVers appreciate the Wi-Fi.
