Dune Lake Campground is a great place for camping with friends and family. It offers a nice swimming lake with a shallow area that is great for kids, as well as plenty of space for group camping. The sites are well spaced out, so you wont be disturbed by noise from other campers. The new owners are friendly and helpful, and the bathrooms are clean and well-stocked with hot water. The campground is very shady due to tall trees, and the wireless signal is strong. The sites are not set up with gravel or pads, but the satellite worked surprisingly well with all those trees. Firewood is available for $5.00 a bundle and the owner makes rounds with the Honeywagon once a week if you need your tanks dumped before departure.
