Covert / South Haven KOA Holiday is a well-maintained campground with many amenities for campers. It is a beautiful area close to Lake Michigan and many fun activities. Blueberry picking is a popular activity that guests enjoyed. The pool was reportedly cold, but despite that, visitors enjoy coming year after year. They are pleased with the helpful and friendly staff. The prices may be on the higher end, but it is expected for this type of campground. Visitors appreciate the extension of the regular season to enjoy some late October camping. Some visitors were there during a quiet weekend and enjoyed the beauty and peacefulness of the area. The camp store is well-stocked with plenty of fun things for kids. Some noise from nearby traffic could be heard, but it did not ruin the experience. One visitor had a slight issue with their campsite but it was resolved by the helpful maintenance team. Overall, campers are pleased with their stay and will most likely return in the future.

If you love blueberries, you will not want to miss the National Blueberry Festival in South Haven with blueberry pancake breakfasts and pie-eating contests.
