Forester Park is a private campground located on the shores of Lake Huron. It is a great place for camping, grilling, and family gatherings, offering primitive sites for tent camping, RV sites, and a camp store with ice cream and popcorn. The beach is large and has wheelchair/stroller access, but the first 30 feet of water is rocky, so bring water shoes. The park also has a nice old school merry go round, showers, toilets, and a large playground. It can get quite busy on weekends, but the atmosphere is laid back and friendly. There is no sewer hookup, so visitors must use the dumping station when leaving. This is an ideal spot for a quiet getaway with friends and family, and is suitable for all ages.

From The Campground
Forester Park is a 68-acre facility located 6 miles north of Port Sanilac on M-25 along the scenic Lake Huron shoreline. It offers 200 grass and shaded camping sites, rustic cabins for rent, and 30 & 50 amp hookups. The park also features a handicapped accessible shower building, a park store, picnic pavilions, a swimming beach, nature trails, playground equipment, and a basketball court. Hymn sings are conducted on weekends from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The park offers winter storage and hosts events such as Carnival Weekend and Halloween Weekend.
