Wilderness Campground is a 30 acre park located 4 miles east of Cabelas in Dundee, Michigan. It is open seasonally from April 24 to November 2, and has approximately 100 sites. Half of its business is comprised of seasonal campers and their trailers. It offers amenities such as a swimming pond, fishing pond, playground, basketball, volleyball, and more. It also has two bath houses and a dump station, but no sewer hookups. The owners, who took over in 2019, are friendly and helpful, and are trying to make improvements to the campground. Though it has a nice view of the lake, the campground doesnt have the best reputation and can be quite pricey for whats offered. However, it may be a good value for families.
