Walnut Hills Family Campground is a Southeast Michigan campground that offers a Northern Michigan camping experience without the 6-hour drive. The campground provides a variety of activities and amenities, including a Wibit Water Park, kayak, canoe, and river tubing trips, a beach with a swimming area and sand volleyball, playgrounds, arcade room, basketball court, baseball field, horseshoe pits, fishing, themed weekends with park-hosted events, wagon rides every Saturday, bike rentals, dog park (planned for 2023), 50/30 amp RV sites, full hookup and waterfront sites available, camping cabin rentals, Shiawassee River boat launch, shower facilities, groceries, ice, firewood, ice cream, pop/soda, slush-puppies, bait, and fishing supplies, fire pits, and picnic tables on every site, dump stations, and pavilion rentals for groups.
