What others are saying about this campground

This campground is a Christian family campground located in a peaceful, rural setting. It is mostly a seasonal campground, with many RVs parked for the long term, and weekenders. It features a large chapel and services on Sundays, very clean restrooms, a game room, and a full service restaurant open on the weekends. Golf carts are a major status symbol for the seasonal guests, and only seasonals are allowed to have them. Each Saturday in the summertime, there are all day activities for kids and often times a band that plays in the evening. Unfortunately, the staff can be rude and impatient when making reservations, and the common folk are put in the back. The power (A/C) shut off a few times when we connected to the electric and water, and there were no discounts offered. It is not a good place for roof mounted satellite dish use due to the large trees.

Snow Lake Kampground is a non-membership, family-owned and operated campground offering over 300 campsites ranging from tent sites to 50 amp electric full hook-up sites. They also offer seasonal sites that can accommodate large park model units. The campground features a heated swimming pool, children's wading pool, 55-acre no-wake lake, 3-acre catch and release pond, full-service restaurant, fully stocked kamp store, WiFi, church in the wildwood, camping cabin rentals, deluxe cabin and park model rentals, large recreation hall, propane filling station, storm shelter, 2 laundry facilities, 3 restroom/shower facilities, 3 shuffleboard courts, Western Village Playland, arcade game room, row boat, canoe, kayak and pedal boat rentals, boat launch and dock rental, Saturday night wagon rides, free mini golf, large playground area, 2 horseshoes pits, sand volleyball court, full basketball court, free shuffleboard, giant chess and checkers game, giant battleship game, gaga ball pit, putter pool game, outdoor ping pong and foosball, and duck derby game.
