The campsite facilities are clean and well-maintained, with a good balance of trees and open spaces. While some sites are tighter than others, the newly renovated area at the back offers larger spaces for bigger rigs. If you love the sun, sites 301 thru 340 offer an open area with plenty of sunshine. The staff is friendly and check-in is easy and organized. Make sure to take your children to the two pools, one inside and one out, and family-friendly activities. Some guests have experienced issues with the wifi, which can be spotty and unreliable. Furthermore, the two hookups for water and electricity are found on the camp side, while the sewer hookup is not as convenient and required some adjusting to level the vehicle. Moreover, dog owners may need to clean up after their pets, as some guests have encountered dog poop on arrival. Overall, the campground is highly recommended for families visiting the tourist town of Frankenmuth.
