This family owned campground is the perfect spot for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Half of the campground is dedicated to seasonal lots, while the other half is for daily lots. These lots are spacious and can accommodate a couple of tents or even a travel trailer and tent. The campground is well maintained and features two bathroom buildings with showers, an ORV trail, a good sized playground, and a stocked trout pond. The owners are friendly and helpful, and the seasonal campers are very nice. The campground is also close to lakes and drop-in points to the Au Sable River for kayaking and canoeing, and Hartwick Pines is down the road with hiking trails. Grayling and Gaylord are both within a convenient distance. There is a rough 1 1/4 mile road in and out, but the campground is open all year and features great trails for walking, snowmobiling, and ATVs right from the campground.
