From The Campground

Lake George Family Campground is a privately owned campground located 1.5 miles from Lake George and Shingle Lake. The campground offers all wooded campsites in the oak trees, both modern and primitive. Modern facilities include electric and water sites, laundry, and a convenience/camp store with groceries, beverages, hot dogs, hamburgers, and tacos. The campground also features a heated swimming pool with bath house, a cabin rental, and two rental trailers. Local activities include hunting, fishing, boating, biking/ORV trails, Snow Snake Ski & Gold to Golf, Rocks and Valley's Off-Road Park, and Rail Trail Attraction in Farwell.
