John Gurney Park is a historic campground and park located in Hart, Michigan. The campground occupies 17 acres of well-maintained grounds overlooking Hart Lake. It offers a variety of camping options, including RV sites and primitive camping. Onsite activities include fishing, kayaking, hiking, horseshoes, pickleball, tennis, and more. The campground also features a bathhouse, coin laundry, pavilion, picnic areas, boat launch, baseball fields, playground, basketball hoops, wooded trail, sandy beach area, and a camp store. Nearby attractions include Silver Lake Sand Dunes, Hart Historic District Museum, and a 22-mile paved bike trail that connects to the campground. Downtown Hart's charming shopping and dining district is within walking distance.
