The grounds are woodsy with 40 acres of trails behind the park, perfect for walking and letting your dog run. The sites are mostly level and quiet, and the management is very helpful and kind. There is also cable TV, Wi-Fi, a heated pool, and many acres of biking and hiking trails. The park is close to Traverse City and has many public access lakes and rivers. It is an older park with a strange layout, but the hosts are doing a great job of updating and maintaining it.
