This campground is the perfect spot for a family getaway. Located in a beautiful cove on the Lake Huron side of the Mackinaw Bridge, it offers stunning views of the bridge and the lake. The campground is conveniently located near Mackinaw City, making it easy to access the ferry to Mackinac Island. The campground is family-oriented, with a beach, kids play area, and a game room with a pool table, air hockey, and pinball machine. Sites are available for both tents and RVs, and the campground offers shuttle service to the ferry. The park is well-maintained, with clean bathrooms and showers, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The nearby town has a bakery, RV/hardware store, grocery store, brew house, and gas stations. Fireworks over the water are held two nights a week during the summer. Although sites do not all have a view of the bridge, the park is a great base for exploring the area.

Tee Pee Campground is a family-owned private campground overlooking the Straits of Mackinac with spectacular views of the Mighty Mackinac Bridge, Mackinac Island, and Great Lakes Freighter traffic. The campground is just minutes from Mackinac Island Ferries, downtown Mackinaw City, public beaches and dunes, dining, shopping, state historical attractions, the retired Ice Breaker Mackinaw Maritime Museum, area golf courses, The Headlands International Dark Sky Park, and area casinos. Day trips are easily planned to Mackinac Island, The Soo Locks, Tahquamenon Falls, Whitefish Point (Great Lakes Shipwreck Museum), Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore, Oswald's Bear Ranch, and much more. The campground offers modern, grassy tent and RV sites with 20, 30 & 50 Amp, a sandy beach on Lake Huron, a walking/biking trail to downtown Mackinaw City, clean modern restrooms with flush toilets and hot showers, a camp store and game room, water and electric on all sites, a convenient dump station, fire pit and picnic table on each site, and Lake Michigan beaches. Tee Pee Campground is the closest campground to Mackinaw City and the Mackinac Island Ferry, and offers discounted ferry tickets for guests at the office. The campground also provides a free shuttle service to and from the ferry docks, and bikes can be taken on the shuttles as well.
